    Inadequate Maintenance Service:Comfort System installed our entire commercial mechanical system in 2019. Since that time they have done our annual maintenance.Prior to our last service I spoke (in person) with the tech that was doing the service and specifically requested he address an issue in one of the units and he told me he would. He did not address this issue as it is still occurring and provided no work notes on trouble shooting the issue. During the service the tech, ***** showed me photos of the unit while under service which revealed an excessive amount of built up dust and it was obvious these units had never (in 5 years) been service correctly. I am always present during the services and at know other prior services did the tech remove the entire outer casing of the units to thoroughly and properly clean the units. I would request Comfort provide you with copies of the photos. I believe this lack of proper service led to the issue we are having with the ******* the same time the tech was servicing the tankless water heaters. After this they sent me and estimate of over $3,000 to continue the service. Given this I had another plumber step in and service the units. We have two Rhein units and the new plumber discussed the issue with *****. ***** stated that technically the two units as they were installed were not properly ventilated which was causing the issue with the gas sensor. It was also determined the burner heads have never been cleaned in the past 5 years which according to ***** very likely lead to the current issues we are having.I am requesting that my final payment to Comfort be $2,047.37 given they did not and have not been properly servicing both of these systems. We have withheld payment due to this issue.
