    I bought a Puro cannagars LLC product from a local store & the product was less than satisfactory & seems expired (no expiration date is listed). I reached out to them two weeks ago for a refund with a 50% discount offered before they stopped responding. I'm interested in either a replacement or refund as it seems they are selling faulty products.

    Dear BBB,


    This customer purchased a product from a Retail store called "***********************." This is a store that is not owned by us and we never received any proceeds directly from the person making the complaint. The receipt that was provide by the person making the complaint is not from our business. There is no way for us to actually refund the customer because we never actually received any money from them to begin with. We offered to give the customer a 50% discount to make a separate purchase from our store but this person refused it, but as far as a refund goes, that is something that is impossible for us to do. 

    The person making the complaint says that they have already consumed the product and then claimed that they were dissatisfied with it. Traditionally, we can only take returns or offer refunds on unopened packages, not products that have already been consumed.
