    I manage a mechanic shop and I had old tires in the shop I wanted to get rid off I usually have a company doing this for me for a price of 1.5$/ tire but they werent available on that day On Dec 30th 2024 So I called 1-800-got-junk? To see what they can offer Asked for an estimate or a price range but they insisted on sending someone there to give the estimate and I didnt mind They came, one of them called ******* he asked for 700$+labor for 30 tires and I rejected that offer immediately and apologized for the time that wasnt even responsible for ********************* didnt like that, got angry and posted a fake review on yelp, costing me my customers and business reputation I called the customer support for assistance multiple times and they would only stall and keep me on hold Looks like its the way they manage their business, extortion and abusing others, with their shady prices and insisting on sending a fully equipped team just to give an estimate and negotiate a price This needs to be resolved, the review must be taken down, the employee and the company has to compensate and apologize for the inconvenience caused by that act.I Attached the review and the phone number of the team who came when they called ahead

    I called 1800 Got junk, a gentleman named ****** told me the cost of removing a couch from my apartment, Im in a wheelchair and really needed the help. He left came back with a person named *****, then after they removed the ********************* came back said a QR code to leave a review ****** gave me doesnt always work and he wanted to watch me write the review and give him 5 stars, I said no not now he then refused to leave until I wrote the review finally I did, I was scared not to then he told me he needed a 25% tip I told him I cant do that and he wouldnt leave he said he deserves it. I asked him to leave they wouldnt so under duress I finally gave them a tip so they would leave. I feel taken advantage of and scared over what happened and I would like to receive a refund and report them for taking advantage of me whose disabled.
