    I had a medical service in December 2021. We received a bill for $118. From Diligent Billing, which is the billing center for ************************ in ********* **. My husband went online and paid the bill on January 17,2022. Unbeknownst to us, Diligent has a separate account for me and one for my husband. When my husband paid online, the payment went to his account, even though he had no medical service provided! They didnt bother to look any further and seven months later, they have sent me to a collection agency! No other bills, no phone calls, no letters of intent.Nothing! I have contacted Diligent via email and phone call trying to resolve this issue, but they are refusing to take the payment from my husbands account and move it to mine. The bill is paid!! They are trying to get another $118 from me.

    This person also blasted me on Facebook.  In a private message to me she mentioned the facility she had services rendered.  I apologized that she had a bad experience however we have never worked with the facility where she received services  It was a pathology bill and we in fact do not do any pathology billing at all  It also seemed to be in a different geographical location than we are.  She unfortunately found the wrong business name and ************** apparently.  This is not a patient we've had any kind of association with at all whatsoever.  I did explain this to her via Messenger and she responded only "sorry",  I'd appreciate this situation be removed entirely from my profile.
