    I took my kids to this clinic for at least 6 years. Doctors are good but the staff are awful, specially the front desk. My son started a medication for mental health that needed to be follow up very closely (every other week). I called to schedule a sick appointment for my baby at 8 am which is when they open and they were giving me the appointment when she told me that the lady next to her just gave that appointment away and that they didnt have more appointments. I tried to speak with a nurse and with a manager but nobody cared. I ended up going to urgent care where they treated me amazingly good. I called later to ask about my son medication and they said they decided to terminate my care because I asked them why are you calling me when they call me when I was desperate at the urgent care because my daughter had a hard time breathing. Then they sent a letter to my husband saying that they decided to terminate the care for my children because I asked why are you calling me. I trully hope that nobody has to go through this because this people are all about charging the insurance and they are zero caring. Of course they didnt call me back, nor they care about the medication that my son was taking, nor they gave us any time to find another provider. Zero respect for patients and zero care. Oh and if you ever need to call the doctor after hours they charge you extra without billing the insurance. Trully the worse experience that I had in **************** since I moved here where people are generally nice and kind.

    The worst clinic I took it because it accepted my state insurance. ***** office manager ia a rude liar and her receptionist were lazy complaining to her about not wanting to do their job. They went against the court order I had provided and *************************************** complained about answering medical questions and ***************** up the phone Playing games wouldnt leave message for the Pediatric ***** my daughter ended up loosing oxygen while in the ** and she needed a follow up. They jusy decided to terminate services and blame me for it. After ***** on record said the other "parent" was calling calling then you call. You handle everything when the court documents explained what procedures had to be follow by the clinic ****** has the same reviews regarding staff and Pediatrics. Research parents. Follow instincts. I also couldn't file on anyone because according to ***** she has no medical certifications yet she runs doctors office and billing
