      I contacted this firm based on their ****** ad, which clearly advertises Workers' Compensation Lawyer. After explaining my situation to the initial intake paralegal, I was transferred to another person who asked me the exact same question, although I was told I was being transferred to an attorney. After 15 minutes of repeating information, I was told they couldn't help me because I didnt have a claim numberwhich I actually do, but was never asked for until that moment.When I clarified that I do, in fact, have an active claim, I was then told they dont handle workers compensation cases at all, only personal injury. This completely contradicts their advertising. When I expressed concern about retaliation from my employer (which is a protected issue under RCW 51.48.025 of Washington law), I was told, again, they dont help with that either.When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was muted without warning and left on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was told no supervisor was available.If youre dealing with a legitimate workplace injury and looking for honest, competent helplook elsewhere. This firm wasted my time, misrepresented their services, and failed to handle a sensitive legal matter professionally or ethically.

      I contracted Mr. ******************** to represent me to handle two charges filed against me by a neighbor. Both charges were dismissed after he reviewed the video from the court and presented a number of discrepancies where the person had one story and presented a second story in a separate appearance in court. The judge stopped him after the third discrepancy in their testimony. The judge reviewed his work and dismissed the charges against me, **** really dug into the facts of the case and provided me with a satisfactory outcome. I would recommend him for representation in your legal issues,

      Our car was rear ended back in December 2020. I contacted Phillips Law Firm and gave them all my information concerning the accident. Phillips Law Firm fought long and hard for me and in the end got me a settlement that was more than just satisfactory. This firm pulls out all the stops and will stop at nothing to get their clients what they deserve.       In 2020 me and my wife were at a intersection our light turns green we start to go and bam... this drunk driver doing 90 miles a hour blows thru stop light and hit ** buy the grass of God right infront of the drivers side door we were in a full **** van him a little car spun ** around 2 time he rolled 6 times knock our front bumper and radiator almost 200 ft down the road completely to the hole front of our van off so we contacted Phillips law firm and of course they were willing to take our case the other insurance company took 100% at fault from the start open and shut case right well its going on 4 years now and trying to get a update is next to impossible we have to contact them every other month our so to try and get a update all they seem to do is pass our paperwork to another desk just horrible horrible law firm save yourself the headache and heart ache and call some one elce DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO ever

      After an auto accident in January of 2019, we hired Philips law firm to help because the other person (who was at fault) immediately lawyered up. The last 3 almost 4 years I have had to contact them every couple months or so to inquire as to how things are going, I asked for updates through email, nothing big but getting answers and updates has been a hassle and a half. Not sure what is going on with this fir,mbut its very frustrating as someone who has become disabled and can't seem to get q decent answer about anything.
