    Ordered an item that was clearly labeled in stock and almost a month later have received no update on shipping. The item is still labeled as in stock on the website with 3-7 day shipping. False advertisement, ************.

    I purchased Moment M-series lenses for my iPhone 14 Pro **** To purchase the lenses I had to click on which phone platform I would use. They knew the lenses for iPhone 14 Pro *** and sold me several lenses over a few months. When I started to test the lenses on my iPhone, I noticed the images were unsharp. I've been a photographer since **** and have a lot of experience.I emailed Moment about the lack of sharpness and one of their high level Gear Guides wrote back to me on May 8, 2023 the following: "The focusing issue started happening with the iPhone 13 Pro series. We strive to deliver the best possible image quality with our lenses, and we are constantly working to refine our formulas and address any shortcomings. We're definitely planning to come out with some new gear ;) but please keep this info secret!"So ***************************** (who is a Pro Gear Guide | IG - @dronemob.ro) knew about the issue with sharpness and Moment knowingly has been selling lenses to iPhone 14 users delivering subpar images, making them create a new T-series lens system optimized to work on the upgraded iPhone 14 Pro camera hardware.I asked them about trading in my lenses and they have a trade in program that would give me $0, $25 or up to $50 for each lens sent to them to trade in. The new series cost about 1/3 more than the previous series so I might save only a few dollars trading in my handful of lenses. They offer a 2 year warranty but won't help me out. I wonder how many other iPhone users they sold lenses to that are also stuck with poor lenses.
