      I bought this dump trailer which has a payload capacity of ****** pounds. I had it loaded about 1500 pounds less than the rated capacity and the trailer would not dump. I asked them to warranty it to take care of the problem and they said I loaded it wrong. I provided them with the receipts showing the weight from the scales which shows I was not overloaded and the load was over the axles per the manufacturer recommendation. When you spend $10,000.00 on a product it should be able to perform as rated.

      Bought a trailer 6/4/22 was given a temporary plate that expired 7/19/22 was told if I didnt receive my license plate by then to call and they would help me. Called 7/20/22 to get a update they gave me temporary again until they figured out the issue they said they would call me back never heard from them. Called 7/27/22 to try and get some information was told they were busy and to txt there number ************* with my name and they would help me figure out the issue. Never heard back again. Called today 7/29/22 a little frustrated asked to speak to the owner or manager explained because I was getting upset about getting the run around. **** who sold me the trailer was quick to tell me if I was trying to get him fired witch was not my intent and assured him I had better things to do. He denied giving me their number and proceeded to laugh at me. This is after the third call. All I want is my title and my license plates so I can use my dump ********************
