My mother-in-law's taken her ***** camper van to B&C's numerous times, and I'd been concerned when another shop noted that the o-rings on an ac compressor were leaking that ******* had installed 6-8 weeks earlier. But when I spoke with B&C via telephone re. the **** they seemed to have proper and knowledgeable answers, and further research initially lessened my concerns.******* had the van for ~2 weeks, and were aware we were buying the **** *** was driving it up to ****** at what's the beginning of our winter. The shop installed a new oil pan the night before I was to depart for the ****** ferry or drive the **************************.When I arrived at B&C's, I received incorrect advice re. synthetic oils. I'd asked the anti-freeze be mixed to 60:40 for our colder Interior ****** climate.,Same guy produced a gallon of anti-freeze concentrate. I asked him what the coolant had been mixed to. He said, "Probably 50:50". Unfortunate.Young man came out again and stated the mix was indeed 60:40. AFTER adding ~1/2-gallon of undiluted coolant to my reservoir..Not good, but fixable.I drove the van to my m-i-l's home, intent on packing. While driving I noted low-gear shuddering in the transmission on take-off, and a scraping sound, intermittently, & a bit of rattling under the chassis..Left the shop a message @ about midnight, telling them this wasn't right, there was something wrong. They invited me to bring it back the next morning.Same young man who had not done the majority of the work on the van asked me to dri
