    The company will not accept return of cedar fencing boards that were sold in bundles and are broken/rotted. Have receipt for the boards and they are not willing to return them

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The signage is not in front of the product being sold. The receipt does not indicate this product cannot be returned. Not notified by the business verbally or by signature to agree to buy this product knowing it cannot be returned.

    Customer purchased 175 of the lowest grade fencing boards (1x6x6 Dog Ear Cedar) we sell @ 2.50 each.  Customer came back on the afternoon of his purchase wanting to return 50 of the boards.  On the left and right side of this material we have a sign posted statingNo Returns, no selecting and sold as Is.  We are unable to return this product to our vendor as it meets the product standards.  Customer states we sold in bundles, we sell this material by the each and it is not bundled.  We are unsure why the Customer is requesting a ****** refund.  If we could have returned the 50 boards @ 2.50 his refund wouldve been 125.00.   We have sold *********************** 2024 and have not had any complaints regarding this policy.  We could not allow a return of these fence boards as this *** set a precedent for the future.  We do offer higher grades of fencing that *** be returned.  We strive to offer the best customer service and are sorry to have an unhappy customer, but we are following our Company policy.
