      I was recently turned over to collections for a repossession, I called the company to make payment arrangements on my account and the manager refused to set that up for me stating I owed over ****** and demanded my place of employment, when I refused he stated that he would not set up a payment arrangement without that information.

      We have a two court Judgments for this consumer. Our policy is that a consumer must verify their information, including place of employment, in order to set up a voluntary payment plan. This consumer refused her employment information and was evasive about her co-consumers place of employment. This consumer was also combative and impolite, interrupting and questioning the office manager multiple times. As the judgment creditor, we have the right to know the consumers employment and earnings information, in order to determine an appropriate payment arrangement.
