      12/13/2023 I payed 2038. 00 for a set of dentures with a 100 day guarantee. The dentures were enexceptable and I let them know the first day I received them. They did not call me back to fix the problem. I took the dentures back to them 3/15/2024. They were closed but give them to someone who was in the office. Told him they were enexceptable. I came home and tried to call them about the fit and looks of the dentures. That was 3/18/3024. Have still not received a response from them. Right now all I want from them is my money back. Have had 7 sets in my life and these were the worst teeth that I have ever gotten.

      The Compliant fails to include the proper HIPAA Authorization permitting any of the Complainant's Protected Health Information from being disclosed. 

      A copy of that document is attached.  The Complainant will need to provide the BBB with express written authorization to answer any inquires or to discuss any of their Protected Health Information.

      On Aug. 30, 2022, I went to Affordable Dentures. I went in for a free consultation and x-rays, and I expected to pay prices advertised on their website. Since I have bad teeth due to diabetes, I wanted them to pull my teeth and make upper and lower dentures. When I was there, the price demanded was much more than advertised. They also demanded a deposit of $1,208. I had to first get an OK from my family doctor since I am taking a blood thinner. My family doctor refused to allow me to get this surgery, and I cannot get this service. I am trying to get my deposit back since it is too risky to pull my teeth. No other services have been provided. I paid by credit card. I have called them several times, but they either immediately hang up or keep me "on hold" forever.
