    I take no pleasure writing ************* owner ******************************* lacks business ethics, timeliness to complete work and overall customer service which I learned the hard ****** experience started off good and as expected, and we agreed to the custom ******************************* advertised. The extensive plans/designs were outlined and agreed upon, time frame and schedule laid out, and overall scope of work detailed. From that point on things went south. Work didnt start on time by weeks and is still not complete 4 months later. They installed the cabinets based off of the wrong plans/measurements which then had to be redone. The installation was performed with a rush attitude causing drawers not to open/close correctly as well as line up with each other. Workers acknowledged they installed wood pieces with flaws. Stains did not match which then had to be corrected causing more delays. A third cabinet was measured for 38 inches and they mistakenly built and installed a 39 inch cabinet which meant the fitted custom doors were the wrong sizeagain causing more delays. We put up with these issues because we didnt have a choice to walk away given wed paid 50% upfront and we were excited to get the cabinets. Move to the end of the projectThere were a few cosmetic corrections left and a shelf to be installed however **** wouldnt come back to finish the job. I followed up multiple times and he then said hed give us our shelf if I pay the final invoice first. I said, Im not paying you any remaining monies until you do the work. He then started screaming at me saying,Im so sick of this f*cking job, you OCD Mutherf*cker!! F*CK You! Pay me my f*cking money!! I told him he was out of line and reminded him he caused the delays by his continuous lack of attention to detail. He continued to scream and curse before hanging up on me. Ive never been witness to such unprofessionalism and disregard. I caution anyone to trust this company or owner. Our contractor is our witness.
