    AMAZING customer service and insight into the dizzying arena that is insurance. The staff at Central Washington Benefits has shown itself to be exceptionally knowledgeable, competent, and professional in helping, locating, and meeting specific, individualized needs. My situation was both specific and complex in nature and CWB went above and beyond to meet my particular needs; providing me with both a plan that was right for me and the peace of mind that going forward they will be there to help me navigate the often overwhelming and nightmarish task that can be insurance policies, claims, and procedures from a policy-holder standpoint. The staff was able to communicate to me the minutiae of my plan in an intelligent and concise manner that helped provide me grasp what I was purchasing and that in insurance, the devil is in the details.     ************************* was kind, patient with me, extremely experienced and helpful. My health, dental and vision insurance starts on October 1st!
