    I came to this business for an eye exam and to purchase contacts and glasses. They did not have glasses I wanted, which I ended up taking my prescription to Shopko. The lady at the desk said I can place an order for contacts and if I needed to cancel that order they would be more than happy to help me. I found out that shopko could order my contacts for ***** dollars cheaper than what this place was going to charge me. I called this business the next day and told them to please cancel my order and that I no longer wanted them because I found them a better price elsewhere. The lady that answered the phone said that wasn't a problem at all and said the order had been cancelled. A couple weeks later the business called me up saying my contacts were ready for pickup and payment. I explained to the person calling me that I had cancelled that order and bought contacts elsewhere. The lady on the phone apologized and told me to have a good day. Months after I started receiving a bill for these contacts. Every time I received a bill I would call this business up and ask why i am getting a bill for contacts I never got. This has gone for 16 months now ! The last time I talked with this business the lady on the phone was extremely rude saying that I had gotten these contacts and I needed to pay. I have never received these contacts and haven't stepped foot in that office sense I had my eye exam. When i asked to speak to the manager the lady on the phone said she was going to make sure this bill was no longer a concern and apologized. Yesterday I received a final notice stating if I don't pay them this money of $176.25 dollars I am going to be taken to collections. The first date this went on was 9/01/2022 . I have received four bills randomly since that date and received a final notice bill yesterday 12/05/2023. There is no reason I should have to pay for something I never purchased and received and be forced to pay for something I never got. Patient ID is #******.

    Good morning,

    I received contact from the Cascade Eye Center late yesterday evening and they have finally resolved the issue I sent to you yesterday and took the charge off of my account. If this continues to be an issue again I will contact again.
