    This company is terrible. We went out on a tubing float. The issues: 1. Cash only payments? Seemed odd. 2. Their description of the float was not even close to accurate. they said that it was a lazy river float. That people bring their babies on the float and that lifejackets were optional. They even said, here are the sweaty life jackets if you want them. They said that there were portions of the river that allowed you to stand up and walk to shore. This was not at all accurate. There were several areas of the float that were extremely dangerous. Had we been told that we would have approached it differently. 2. Was not told by the company that there would be no one there to help us get out at the end. There was a person in the group that had done it before that said that you had to get out yourself but it was not stated by the company. Had that person not made a point to say it, we wouldnt have known. 3. When we got to the end, we couldnt get out because it was too swift. We had to be rescued by 3 people with jet skis. Thank god they were there. The person from the company care only about the tubes and procedures to bad mouth jet skiers, even though they just saved us. It was an aweful experience. The way they described conditions is and instructions they give (almost zero) made it for a disastrous trip where we were concerned about drowning. They didnt even care.
