    They had installed my intoxalock system in my car. Had nothing but problems with the system they installed. Had to have another dealer fix the problem. When device removed, appears they tampered with my car. Plastic cover under the front passenger side of car was partially detached. I noticed this right away and asked them about it. They said must have hit a snow bank. They did not offer to fix it at my cost, just said I would have to have it fixed. Inside adjustments for the heater were changed to air conditioning and the heater fan has been turned all the way up. Dead of winter...temperature is below freezing. Zero rating (or negative). Not a member of BBB.
