    We have solar panels under warranty with all cities solar.Two of our solar panels are not working.We have called ************************* no less than 20 times. When he does return our calls, he gives various excuses as to why he cannot send his people out to repair them. Too busy, etc.Now he is simply not returning our calls. We have been by to plead with him in person three times. All we want is to have all of our panels working. It affects our power **** each month significantly. Please help us.

    Never received first notice, When I received this notice I found out we repaired his system over 6 weeks ago. I then called the customer, he said all is OK and he was just waiting to here from you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the actual owner of this company called us yesterday. *****************. He stated he had not received the first complaint. Evidently, the general mgr, ************************* had kept this complaint from him. We had called **** no less than 20 times about two of the panels not working. He had only returned our calls 3 of those times. Our app on our computer that tracks the output of each solar panel showed they were inoperable. He finally had one of his employees ******************************************** some research on the matter. He kindly called us back and told us what had happened. The serial numbers on the inverters had been transpose while the computer app on the two of these units.  He subsequently changed the transposed numbers to correct the error. Rather than **** calling us back, he had the technician call us with the mix up and the correction. So now the app shows the correct output and daily operation of all 14 solar panels.

    No. It was not resolved before the complaint date of 7/25.

     

    the general mgr ************************* did nit return our many phone calls.

     

    upon receiving notification of the BBB complaint, he had one of his technicians do research. The technicians name was ***************************. It was discovered there was a number transposed in the setting up on the computer app of two inverters. 

    therefore, the computer app was giving us the information the inverters were not operable. 

    all these phone calls and stress cd have been easily eliminated if ******************** simply followed up on our pleas for help months ago. 
    I am 80 years old and losing money each month this situation went by caused me great stress because I felt I was not utilizing my solar panels to save on electricity. I am on a fixed income and spent ****** on solar panels 9 years ago to help lower costs in my old age. I had to get a 2nd mortgage to do so.
