    I would never recommend doing business with this establishment! After paying off a vehicle purchased from them, title was never provided. Vehicle was totaled before he took custody of vehicle. He has disposed of the vehicle. We are not able to provide title to insurance company that they required to pay out under uninsured motorist benefit. Owner was holding title until loan was paid off. We are unsure at this time who was on the title. He is refusing to communicate with us. At last contact he refuses to compensate us the funds he received. He broke communication in August. On top the this, he was given funds to help purchase another vehicle to replace the one that was totaled. We were able to purchase a vehicle from another party. He is also refusing to refund the ******* money that was to be used for the new vehicle.

    First to make this complaint clear, the person making this complaint it is not the client/customer. Has nothing legal or binding with this company. Without giving out too much Information to protect the actual client, confidentiality, adventure, auto group was the lienholder of this vehicle. At the time it was totaled. It was turned over to adventure auto group. After sitting in the driveway for almost 6 months, the client did sign off on the title as the insurance company denied his claim because it was not properly fully insured as it shouldve been Under the contract. Client was given the option to take the car remove it from the premises and can have the title, or it would be disposed of. It is in black-and-white ink and Witnessed, client refused to take the vehicle and title, and was advised that it would be Disposed of. After almost 6 months of sitting in the driveway, the client was again notified and it came out 2 before disposal and cleared out all of his belongings out of the vehicle and was once again informed about it being disposed of/sent to the junkyard. Again, the person making this complaint is not a client never has been, and has no right to make this complaint. If it is published and per legal council advice, there will be a deformation suit filed. Everything is documented properly and client was fully aware of options moving forward. Communication stop with the person making this complaint, again not the client as I can only discuss things with the client and I do not respond to threats and accusations.
