      I ordered stickers for my son's baseball team helmets on 1-31-25. The company still has not sent the stickers. The customer *** says they don't have a phone number to speak with anyone. The company is located in **********. I filed a complaint with the ************************ there. It's not just about the $24.10 it's about customer rights. You can't take peoples hard earned money and rip them off. I want this resolved. The last response I received yesterday said they don't have a phone number. There is no update and no call back. Nothing.

      I ordered 200 vinyl stickers from this business. I paid for them to have a metallic gold foil on them. I was given a proof showing that they would be gold foiled. When I received the order they werent gold foil and unusable for my business purposes. I have been trying to contact them for a refund and they have refused to answer my emails.

      I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. They charged my card upon ordering. I rejected the proof and told them I meant to order the transfer decal instead. I was told they couldn't change the order but they could cancel it and refund me. I told them to please cancel several times now and they have not cancelled or refunded me! Now they are ignoring my emails! (see screenshots for reference)

      On December 7th 2023 I placed an order for vinyl decals totaling $311 and selected 6 day shipping.I went through six rounds of mock-up approval requests because the design team, or whomever was responsible for sending these requests, did not answer any of the questions I asked them. I was seeking verbal confirmation of what some of the graphics on the mock-up approval request indicated and not once in six rounds of proofing did I receive any written confirmation confirming the answer to my question. Due to the ineffective and insufficient communication from them this order was not fully approved for production until January 1st.I finally received confirmation that the order had shipped on January 10th, which I thought would be fine since I needed them for an event on January 18th. I had paid for 6 day shipping so this was well within the window. The shipment took 12 whole days to arrive at the destination, and we're not delivered in time for the event I ordered them for.I reached out to their customer service team on January 10th asking them to confirm the status of the shipment and informed them that I needed the decals for an event on the 18th. At that time I received an email from ********* saying if they do not arrive in the next 8 days let her know and at that point they would consider it lost and would refund or reship.On January 18th, 8 days later, I informed ********* that the decals had yet to arrive at the destination and we're not going to be there in time for the event. She asked me if I would prefer a refund or a reprint and I informed her immediately that I need a refund and I would like it issued as soon as possible please. I did not receive a response, and emailed daily for 4 days inquiring as to the status of the refund. I finally heard a response from them on the 22nd, after delivery, too late for the event and of no use to me, when they told me they would not issue the refund because the decals arrived, ignoring the previous agreement

      I ordered a small amount (100) of stickers from Vinyl Status on 18Jan2023. They advertise 2 days until shipping and this is why I chose this company. However here we are over a month and a half later and I have asked for a refund twice now since my item has never shipped. Each time I ask for a refund this company claims they cannot once an order is started. After the first request they asked for an additional 8 days to ship, in which I reluctantly obliged since I already missed the timeline I needed the product for. Now I have asked again for a refund and am being told no that it will ship. Essentially, this company keeps claiming they cant refund due to a shipping problem which is not in my concern of purchase of this product. I couldve understood a couple weeks maybe but again they advertise their items ship in two days. I just want a refund and for people to know they arent able to provide the services they claim

      Went searching for stickers companies that will have the option for a quick turn-around once the order was placed. Chose VinylStatus when I saw that the provided a 4day turn around on orders by paying an extra $50.00.Placed the order on Monday January 23, 2023, and paid the extra $50.00, so I could receive the stickers by Saturday January 28, 2023. The reason I did this was because I had an event on Saturday January 28th, 2023, and wanted the stickers for promotion.Needeless to say, the product did not arrive on time; They actually arrived today (21 days after ordered ws placed.I have have sent 2 messages to VinylStatus via email, requesting a full refund since they were not compliant with what their website promised. They said that they were backed up (reason for not delivering the stickers on time) and would refund only the $50.00 for the rushed order. That was not good enough since the event came and went, and the stickers were not delivered on time for the event which is when I needed them; they were delivered today and are not needed anymore.It is completely unacceptable for a company to use the excuse that my order was not delivered on time, by saying they are or were backed up. They should not advertise that they can deliver on a product if they can not; that is false advertising. Had I known their business practice was going to be like this, I would've never ever order from them.Please help.
