- Refund and Exchange Policy
- You have 10 days upon receiving it to return it for store credit. The item you are returning would need to be in its original condition, unworn and with tags if it came with tags to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back, but I will apply that shipping cost toward your credit balance. Your credit will not be applied toward future shipping costs. But you’ll be extended a credit toward your balance for your expenses. Once I receive your returned item it may be swapped for another size (if one is available) or another item that’s in stock. *You may use your credit toward “Pre-Sale” items as well (items not yet in stock). However, you’ll have to pay 60% of that item plus shipping. In this case your credit will be used as a 40% discount toward future “pre-sale” purchases until you are fully redeemed. These terms & conditions ensure that neither buyer or seller are out money; and are subject to change as I grow and learn! Thank you for your support and understanding!!
