    Purchased control board for infrared heater on 10/8/24 It was not the correct board for my unit, so I reached out by phone and the contact page on the website to resolve the issue. None of the phone numbers work and I have recieved no response from the contact page through the website.I returned the board on October 23, 24 via ****, with a letter requesting a refund. I sent a second letter on January 7, 2025 requesting a refund. There has been no response. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to contact this business.

    We waited until the original PCBoard came back before attempting to send a refund.  When we logged into the account to initiate a refund the customers account had been frozen because of a dispute initiated by the customers bank.  Usually, if it is determined that the customer is owed the refund under the dispute guidelines, the refund is sent automatically at the request of the customers bank, but the customers bank never tried to resolve the dispute or attempt closure so the account was left frozen.  We have been waiting for the customers bank to resolve the matter. IF THE CUSTOMER WAS CREDITED BY HER BANK, THE MONEY WILL EVENETUALLY BE REFUNDED FROM OUR ACCOUNT. SINCE WE DON'T NOW THE STATUS OF HER SITUATION WITH HER BANK, WE ARE IN A HOLDING PATTERN. We can send the customer a check but if the customers bank ever goes in to resolve the dispute a second refund amount from our account would be automatically sent to the customer, that is why we were in a holding pattern.  We could have issued the credit ourselves if the dispute had not been filed.  To resolve the matter we will send the customer a check with the understanding that she will resolve her issue with the bank. Allow us ten days to process the check. We sell seasonal products so full-time telephone access to is not available at this time.

    First of all I want to thank you for all of your assistance in resolving this matter with Biosmart Technologies 

     

    I am reaching out again because I have not yet received a refund. They said would issue a check within ********************************************************** phone calls.

    We ordered a blower motor online on or about February 26, 2023. The site said it would fit all Comfort Zone heaters. The one they sent was a 3 wire and we need a 2 wire unit. When I went back to the site it said the best way to get in touch with them was to send a message on their site so that's what I did. After a couple weeks waiting I got their phone number and tried calling. Nobody answers the phone, it doesn't even announce that you have the company on the line. I tried several times. After ringing alot on the 3rd call it transferred me to an extension so I left a message with my info and explanation of what was going on. No call yet. They just ignore us.If they can't send correct motor we'd like our credit card credited.

    The order was fulfilled, however, the employee who handles these types of situations and exchanges had a family emergency and had to fly back to Asia.  That was 4 weeks ago.  Unfortunately, there was no one to take the calls or handle the situation.  We all take turns for our vacations during this time of year so there was no one to take her place.  I just arrived back and can send the correct fan out tomorrow.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
