Great company to deal with! Honest and up front about all costs. Stayed in contact through the entire job! Not the cheapest but after an 80,000$ + remodel, we werent about to lowball the roof! Would recommend them to anyone anytime!

The team at Clear View are top notch. Of multiple roofing contractors, they were the only ones to actually get on the roof before offering a very competitive bid. Through the whole re-roofing project the owner sent me pictures and updates, and was helpful with any questions I had. They provided the high-quality kind of work that, unfortunately, you dont always get today. They treated my house like their own.Clear View Exteriors LLC

The owner bid my roof without seeing the other 3 quotes I had and beat all of the prices. All work was done very timely and professionally. No debris left behind. I also trusted the owner with a large partial payment in cash, he appropriately reported it as such and I financed the remainder. No funny business or scams here. I recommend clear view to all people looking for roofing work. At the very least get a quote, it's free and doesn't hurt. The owner will recommend you get 3 more just so you see how great their price is.Clear View Exteriors LLC

Clear View Exteriors were great! My roof had been leaking since I moved in almost 7yrs ago. I had no less than 4 different inspectors come out and say all looks good yet, my roof still leaked and caused water damage inside my home. Clear View came out and finally identified the issue, gave me a fantastic price for an entire roof tear off and replace, as well as new gutters and attic venting. I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them!Clear View Exteriors LLC

They came out assessed the roof and gave reccomendations based on our needs and not making money. The estimate was broken down and itemized so we could see the cost. When they reroofed our house they did am excellent job. They had it completed by 2pm and we didnt have any debri cleanup due to the work..I would recommend them to anyone. We did have to replace some of the roof sheathing but the consultant had already told us that it was a possibility and we knew it was a possibility. If your looking for a good honorable roofing company that will do the job and not nickle and dime you they are the ones to go withClear View Exteriors LLC
