      Ccf reached out and fixed the issue. They explained the mistake and it was an honest mistake. This speaks volumes about this company. I will do business with CCF bank again and highly recommend them for any campground rv resort financing. Honest mistake and they fixed it as soon as it was brought to their attention. Thank you CCF bank and thank you BBB for helping get the message to the correct individual for resolution.

Additionally, CCF Bank has imposed other fees that seem excessive and unwarranted given my history as a loyal customer. It is disheartening to see that while **** ****** has been a great advocate for customers, the broader policies of ********************** and its leadership seem to prioritize profit at the expense of good customer relations. As a campground owner, I belong to a tight-knit community where we share insights and experiences regarding financial institutions. Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone seeking campground financing to reconsider using CCF Bank. Their initial support may quickly diminish when it comes to significant payments or payoffs, which is both disappointing and disheartening. I hope this complaint will prompt a thorough review.
