    BUYER BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!! I bought a switch from this seller for $18.99 plus $7.95 shipping. I received the switch, but it was not as described. It did not fit and was different than what was mentioned on the sellers website. I contacted the seller, who told me the switch I bought was the only switch available for the various models of Mini Glow units and If you cannot make it fit, you may return it. I then found out after doing more research online that what he said about it being the only switch available was not true. The seller finally agreed to refund my money after I contacted him numerous times. I promptly sent the item back to him and paid my own return shipping, which cost another $5.25. So, I paid $32.19 for the wrong/inaccurate item. I tried multiple times to contact the seller about my refund after **** told me the switch had been delivered to him. The seller did not reply to any of my e-mails. After waiting over 10 days, he finally refunded me $15. I tried contacting him again to see why I only received $15 back instead of the original purchase price of $18.99, and he never responded back to me again. I did not find anything printed anywhere on his website that said there would be a restocking fee or anything of that sort, and there should not have been one in this instance anyway since what the seller attempted to sell me was not as described and did not fit, which was not my fault. It was such a hassle trying to get my money back from him as he continually did not respond to me or ever fully resolve the situation. I never received the $3.99 that was still due me (not to mention the shipping AND return shipping) and spent way too much precious time dealing with an unhelpful and unapologetic seller. My advice is to NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER as he is UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNETHICAL.
