      Went to Matthew’s tire in Appleton last week to get my tires mounted, and a 4 wheel alignment done on my truck. I told them when they were done mounting the wheels and tires to put them IN THE BED of the truck. I pulled up to pick the truck up and this is what i came across. I dont understand how any mechanic/technician would do this and not realize it. Its common sense when the bed cover is supposed to lay flat clearly, then on top of that he strapped it down to pushed the threads into the cover harder. Brand new $300 tonneau cover not even 2 weeks old and its ruined. I brought it to there attention immediately and they said “ill talk to my manager and we will do something for you” after 4 days of no answer i asked for a 5th time what they are gonna do to make this right, fast forward to today and i get a text saying they cant do anything about it because i didnt give them a heads up or instructions on how to fold the cover the right way. Seriously? Its a shame a big company like this cant make this right. to top this off, there was grease all over my steering wheel and controls, then they decided to put one tire in the back seat of my truck and 3 in the bed, why not put all 4 in the bed? Beyond me. so i had to get the some dirty tire stain out of the back, and the answer was they cant do anything cause i didnt tell them clear instructions. Next time i need to have the cover folded up already. $300 out of my pocket for something i didnt cause. Along with about 30 minutes of my time cleaning up their mess. Definitely tired of fixing other peoples mistakes. Its not hard to take pride in other peoples vehicles or own up to your mistakes and make it right. This is unacceptable in my opinion and Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on, very disappointed…
