    We were told that if we did our deposit we would get put on the books, then I was told I needed to pay balance to get on the books. Then was told I was down the line and had to wait till other jobs were done before they start ours. We were told 2 days for the project. Project started Jan 3 and still not done today March 21st. The workers were lazy and did poor work so the owner ended up coming in and doing the work himself. One of the tasks was removing a window and making it a wall - you can see the outline of where the window was. Ordered a shower door and was told 4-6 weeks and we are now approaching 12 weeks and was basically told not to bother them about it again that it would come when it comes. I called the main office and left voicemails and no one ever called me back for weeks at a time. My husband had to start calling from a different number to get anyone to answer. Took off work for the project to have the workers not show up. Just all in all a poor experience and will never use this company again and will never recommend it to anyone Wish I could submit photos with this review to show the shoty work. 23k paid in full for a project that isnt even done and no end date in site bc they wont talk to me about my shower door

    6 months after project started still didnt get our shower door Had to file a dispute for it and still only got refunded half the cost of the shower door. Door cost 1800 He charges me restock fee for canceling the order- cancelled the order 5 months after no service and no response from the company ************* do NOT recommend

    **** the owner is rude and ignores clients Made me pay in full for project over $25000 and 6 months later project still isnt done Staff do shotty work Staff urinated in the road in from of my house - I live in the city. My sons school bus pulled up a few minutes later **** said I was trying to get free work out of him - he did painting and trim to make up for the shotty work of his staff I have video and audio recordings of him and his staff in my house saying how bad the work was Dont use this company
