    Per sign by order menu they are offering a $2 large coffee promo on weekdays from 1 to 6 pm. However, the manager appears to be going out of her way to not honor this promotion. The first time I tried to order a coffee and was charged full price, I was told the promo didn't start until 2 and it was only 130. I pointed out the sign stated 100 and the cashier finally honored price but stated manager told them the sign was wrong. Next time they outright refused to honor the price, so I refused to pay and returned the drinks. I went to the location on County Rd KK and they honored the price with no issues. I contacted their corporate office after which the store manager contacted me via phone offering me 2 free coffees and a $5 gift card. Went there today and ordered 2 iced coffees along with another $5 drink. I pointed out that half of their menu screen wasn't working and was told they were having issues with it. The part of their sign at the order menu that confirms the order and amount was conveniently not "working". I gave them my gift card and had to request a receipt. I was charged over $13, so I questioned if they properly charged me for the iced coffees and was told that in order to get that promo I had to formally request the happy hour special. I handed the card back and asked to be charged properly and was only given a dollar and some change back. I went in and was finally given the right amount of change back. They only stated that they were having computer issues. I have worked many years in retail and know that if there is a promotion going on everyone on the staff should be made aware of it. If you are having " computer issues" I would think you would be double checking that promos are being properly processed. It appears to me that they are going out of their way to not honor this promo by not showing the balance due on the ordering screen and not automatically providing receipts especially if customers are using gift cards.
