Community first says in there cd contracts that you have ten days after the maturity date to make changes that is an outright lie.. Just read the contract. As it reads Grace ******* You can make changes to your certificate without penalty for 10 days AFTER the maturity date. After does not include the maturity date. But according to them it does. So you have only 9 days.

Certainly! Here's a concise version of your text within 2000 characters: I want to raise awareness about Community First's discriminatory actions, false debt reporting, and collection tactics. Employees, including ***** ******** ********* ** ************ *** **** ***** *** ** ******** ********, have shown a complete disregard for consumer rights and the law. They claim I have no rights and insist on loans only on their terms, ignoring consumer protections and Florida law. I filed a lawsuit citing constitutional violations, demanding a jury trial, but they are trying to dismiss it using ******** ******* **** ****. Despite their initial default on the complaint, the judge allowed them to set it aside and suggested I amend my complaint, which I did. They then filed a motion to dismiss, admitting my claim but arguing it lacked relief. I amended my complaint for clarity, but **** filed another motion to dismiss, calling my case frivolous and making insulting comments. It's clear they don't want my claim to be clear, as they refuse to let me amend my complaint. They want to hold me to lawyer-level standards, ignoring that pro se litigants have different standards. Their actions reveal a desire to dismiss the case before a jury hears it, denying people awareness of their rights. I'll continue posting reviews and complaints to inform others. If this case is dismissed, I'll appeal or file a new case with a clearer claim. Justice will prevail. Community First refuses to remove a negative item from my credit report, so I'll report a negative item on their public profiles.

I have been with CFCU for about 10 years. When things function smoothly and the bank really does not need to do anything then its good. But when you hit hard times or things get messed up then its like selling your soul to get help. When there are fees they would rather send you to collections and further hurt the situation going on than to help the person when they may need it most. Happy to be leaving and would have left sooner would there have been an easy way to leave the branch, due to distance.

I had repossession which was my fault. But my current balance is 1400. The collection agency is now garnishing wages for 5000. I was never informed of any court dates or received any paperwork except with my job printed for me. Nobody will call me back

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. I HAVE A CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCT WITH THE COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM....EXCEPT WHEN I INHERITED AN SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY. I WANTED TO INVEST THIS MONEY WITH CFCU. I SPOKE WITH MARK *********** ON JULY 25,2022. HE HAD HIS ASSISTANT CONTACT ME AND INSTRUCTED ME TO HAVE THE BENEFICIARY PACKET EMAILED TO HIM. I WENT TO THE BRANCH NEAR ME AND THEY EMAILED THE PACKET TO HIM. HIS ASSISTANT CALLED ME BACK TO INFORM ME ON HAVING THE MONEY TRANSFERED TO MY ACCT WITH THEM. THERE WERE SO MANY OTHER QUESTIONS THAT I NEEDED ANSWERED. HIS ASSISTANT DEVON I BELIEVE WAS SPEAKING A LITTLE FAST AND I COULDNT UNDERSTAND CERTAIN THINGS. I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND ASKED IF I COULD MEET WITH SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THE PAPERWORK IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLED. I CALLED 4 DAYS LATER AND SPOKE WITH A MEMBER SERVICE REP AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT ANOTHER GENTLEMAN WOULD CALL TO ASSIST ME. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I CALLED ON FRIDAY AUGUST 5,2022. THIS REP ASSURED ME AS WELL THAT HE WAS EMAILING SOMEONE WHO I COULD SPEAK WITH. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED ON HOW I AM BEING TREATED. ARE CERTAIN PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED TO INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY? I WILL DEFINITELY START TO CONSIDER BANKING ELSEWHERE.
