    I am writing this complaint about the reall yellow pages and how they contacted me themselves and through other companies they are associated with to use their services to build websites for my fathers business, I have recently been contacted by a collection agency with whom I extensively spoke to and the agent I spoke with was very helpful in telling me she looked online and saw they dont even have a website created for the *************, I explained to her that the business does not advertise online we do nothing business related online, I never accepted any contract for them to create a website or to advertise for the company online and I have no affiliation with them, she explained to me this isnt the first person who has told her the same thing and she told me to contact the BBB to see if I can get any help at all with this, I have never used their services to help attract customers my business is not based on anything like that, and I am now sent to collections and I am afraid that this will affect my credit line. I again say that I have NEVER used their services or the other companies they associate with, I have tried to call them directly and have not been able to speak to a real person, it all sounds like a huge scam to me and I have never spoken to them in order to provide information about my business services we provide, etc, I dont understand how they can charge me for a service I never asked for or never agreed to, or how they believe to have information about my business in order to make a website for my customer base. I believe it to be a huge online scam and somehow I have fallen victim to this scam. I ask that someone please reach out to them and to me so I can get this resolved. Thank you
