    Excellent work. The locksmith has been very responsive both times we have had to use him - on weekends. Couldn't ask for better.

    Switched out expensive door handle in laundry room without permission with inexpensive non matching handle. Doesn't match the rest of home! Completely unnecessary too deadbolt was all that was needed!! Then charged an outrageous amount ( friend paid less than half) for after hours lock out a week prior ?! He won't answer phone goes straight to voicemail. I just want my handle back . Homeowner beware don't allow in home alone!!
