    Filing this complaint on behalf of my 84 year- old mom who is a breast cancer survivor- had a mastectomy. Went to the All About ************************* in ********, ** on July 25, 2024 ordered 3 mastectomy bras and a prosthesis. The bill was $710. My mom paid a co-pay of $122.10. Remainder thru insurance.Told the products would come in 1-3 weeks. Nothing came. Texted owner on Aug. 30th - are they on back order? Owner replies Aug. 30th - "I will check". Texted her on Sept. 23rd. No sign of the products, what does the company tell you?No answer until Oct. 9th - owner says, "they should ship tomorrow and the next few days".Oct. 29th - I text owner again - I let her know 2 bras arrived but we still are waiting for 1 bra and the prosthesis. No Answer. I text again on Nov. 7th -I will follow up with the company directly. Owner responds 1 minute later - "I will look into it tomorrow and let you know".That was the last contact with the business.On November 26:I contacted the company *****.I emailed ******************** regarding the prothesis.***** returned my call and said they would look into it. They called back and agreed to send the bra. No response from ******************** as of yet. I called the insurance company regarding ********* mom just was back at the ************* and told them about the situation as they make many referrals to this business. She was told that she was the 3rd complainant that day.We want the prothesis that we ordered. I suggested that we go elsewhere but my mom reminded me that she paid a co-pay and this isn't right. Hence, we submit this complaint and ask for your help with a resolution.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    I sincerely apologize for the delay in service to some of my Clients, Unfortunately the last 6 months have been so difficult for me, My Mother was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and being the only sibling to care for her in the State, a lot falls on me.

    My ************* had to be switched to Spectrum and after my message box has 20 Messages on it, it just rings and rings, I will be switching back to TDS soon. 

    My *************** Clearing House was hacked in May and I just got back online to start billing again.

    These are by any means no excuse, But I hope my clients can be patient with me.  I am working diligently to get there items out ant their insurance Billed 

    Also, Look at my 18 years of excellent service. This year just formed the perfect storm for delays,
