    This company was hired by a moving company that I hired, ******************. I was unaware that ****************** hired a third party company to complete my move. JR Movers loaded my items from my home, and to my understanding, takes it to a warehouse in ****** where my items sat for almost a week, and then was delivered to my new residence out of state. I also received an invoice for many items totaling over a thousand dollars for packing material which they did not use. At the arrival location (my new home), there were two men who walked up to my house and I was extremely uncomfortable as I was there alone with my daughter awaiting for the truck to arrive with my shipment. The men informed me after some time (and just standing in front of my home) that the driver was 20 minutes away. Which then alerted me that they were hired by ******************* as local help. The driver finally arrived and introduced himself to me. They began to offload my items, but first had to offload 2 other individuals parcels to be able to get to mine. I remained outside of my residence with my daughter for safety reasons. The two local men were moving a mattress into my home and asked me to come inside to verify it was mine (as it was not labeled). I was attempting to verify and upon doing so, one of the local men groped me. I was very scared at that time and immediately called the moving company, ******************. I then called the police and they came out and took report. However, the local man who groped me took off in his car before the police could take his information. During this time, the driver from JR Movers, "*****," was unprofessional and calling me a "liar." He continued to speak poorly to me, in front of my young child. The owner of the company called me and I also expressed to him what happened. He also had no consideration. I paid them so they would leave and am in contact with the moving company to take further action. Beware of this service.
