      Sales person purposefully misrepresented the style motor in order to get a sale. Due to strict policy of core return the removal and for drop off were quick however due to other obligations the project was set aside for the moment. Once I would begin the install I noticed the error. I called the lot and was told the sales person quit and left a fire behind. I then spoke with ******** who at first tried telling me I was wrong that there was no differences between the platforms. She then proceeded to try to sell me a different engine at a higher rate. Completely ignoring the inconvenience this ordeal has caused me logistically as I have to rent transportation back and forth. Let alone further delays this is causing. She also showed question integrity as she proceeded to lie to me saying that I was out of warranty

      There is no way to misrepresent the engine as it only has one interchange.

      Customer had 90 days to return the core and chose to return the core 4 days after picking up the engine purchased.

      Customer was offered a full refund with the return of our engine, even though it was 73 days past the 10 day policy.

      Customer was offered two other engines, and he did end up calling back and purchasing one of the engines that we offered.

      Better Business Bureau:

      This responsive by the company is dishonest as can be seen from the invoice receipt. And yes there is a major difference as the 4wd option has a differential that runs thru the oil pan. 

      in addition Ive returned the engine as agreed previously with no credit towards my debit card. Now the manager ********* is not returning my phone calls. Please process the return as your company has recovered its product before matters involve criminal complaints.
