    Ordered curtains. They smell terrible and this company expects customers to pay S&H both ways. Curtains are made in ***** and quality is beyond bad. I don't believe they are new!! This is the worst product I've ever received online and I guess I am just out of my purchase money. I will not pay to ship the product back. They smell like urine. I can't have these in my home.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. The customer contacted us regarding her order, which she placed on November 7, 2024 for two Saffron Valances. The total of her order was $42.85 ($33.90, plus $895 in shipping).We shipped them to her on November 11, 2024. They were received on November 15, 2024. We have sold over 600 of these same valances just this year, with no complaints of smell or workmanship. Each ******* sells for $16.95. We started selling these online in 2007, selling approximately ******. This is the first complaint we *********************************** has return instructions stated online as follows:Returns We want you to love your purchase, but we understandsometimes it just doesn't work out the way you ************'s what you need to know to make a return:RETURNS: You have up to 60 days after the date you receive your shipment to return unused, unwashed products. Products must be returned in their original inner packaging or plastic sleeve. Original shipping cost will not be refunded except in the case of product defect or fulfillment error.Please include a copy of your invoice and mail products back using the carrier of your choice to:Country Village Shoppe ************************************ RETURN SHIPPING: With the exception of a return for defective product or a fulfillment error, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.These instructions were sent to the customer. If she would like to return them, we are happy to make a refund of $33.90 (minus the original shipping charge).The customer sent several inappropriate emails to us and after our initial response, we are no longer answering her emails. We value every customer, however, inappropriate emails threatening us is toally unacceptable.Again, thank you for this opportunity. If you need additioanl information, pleae contact us.

    Fraudulent company. You will not receive the items you paid for. Company claims items were shipped but has been pending acceptance from **** for a week.
