    Absolutely terrible. The apartment complex smells like ********* constantly. I was rarely there due to the smell. Then I got blamed for the *********. Unreal. They told me they'd supply an a/c unit and never did. So I bought my own. Now I'm moving out and they are charging me for my own a/c unit. They say it's their's. Well, I've got all the receipts and proof that it's mine. They never took the old lock off my storage in the basement so I never got that either. I needed to break my lease early, I contacted them and let them know I'm in treatment for my mental health and couldn't work. They took the keys and are charging me for August. How could they do that if they have my keys? I told them to just keep my last month's rent that I paid once signing lease. I'm doing everything I can. The woman hung up on me, yelled at me, told me I was rude when I asked her if she could tell me the brand name of the a/c. That's when she hung up. I got an email about the a/c also and I told them to do what they think is right and if we go to court, we go to court. She then blamed me for threatening her. I went to the police. There was no threatening in any of my messages. Just me trying to get through this. She then brought up my past and said if I wanted to continue going down that path then that's on me. She really made me feel awful about myself. After I have been desperately trying to get myself on the right path in life I have this woman reminding me what a failure I am. Thank you, but I already know that. I just want her to leave me alone and just end this lease in any way. Take me to court for the lease. That's fine I'll face the consequences. But please stop harassing me.

    I am not going to go down the road that this tenant has chosen to take. By law, the tenant signed the lease agreement. The smell in the building of drugs was sent to every tenant for the purpose of getting control of the issue. Yes, she has called the police multiple times about our contractor working and us doing our job or giving notices. We have even offered and she signed the paperwork agreeing that she is responsible for upholding her end of the contract until we find a new tenant. I will not be yelled at or disrespected for doing my job - which I always say if you continue to yell at me then I will hang up the phone. It is very sad that we have a receipt for the ** Unit. But, as stated, I will let the court system do their job and help the both of us understand what the contract reads.
