    This business has continued to contact me over a bill which they have not billed correctly to my insurance. They have continuously called me and sent me billing statements after having given them my insurance information multiple times. My insurance is a Chicago health insurance plan which covers any emergency services, of which the services this company gave me were, meaning they should be covered completely. Yet, they have continued to bill and list a medical insurance which I do not even have that being ******************* After multiple times of trying to get this issue resolved they had chosen to send me to a debt collection agency. I finally called once more and was told that after "***** days if nothing was able to be done," I would receive a bill again detailing what was owed and that I would not have to worry about the debt collectors. Now, I have received a call from the debt collectors and no bill to back this up. I have contacted them a multitude of times and yet they have continued to show a level of incompetency which I have not experienced before. They continue to not bill my actual insurance and rather than continuing to wait or find my insurance they have found it okay to lie about my coverage entirely to benefit them. This has not been an issue with the actual hospital as I they were able to contact my insurance and my bills have since been cleared there. Yet, this company has been incapable of doing so.

    They double charged me on 3 separate bills back in 2020. In 2021 I confronted them and by the end of 2021 they said they would refund me. Today 2023! I received one refund of $28?! How are you still in business? They owe me $300 for double charging me and my insurance company. How are they still allowed to be in business?!

    I keep getting billed for a balance from Radiology Asscosiates of Appleton that I am not responsible for. Date of service was 6/1/22. I received an invoice for $147.00. The Explanation of Benefits clearing states that I am only responsible for $45.67. On 7/20/22 I called their billing department and spoke to ******, she confirmed that I only owe $45.67 and promised to resubmit the bill and send me a new one. On 1/18/23 I received a second bill with the same balance due so called the billing **** again and spoke to ****** (the calls are recorded) he confirmed that they have the *** that clearly states I only owe $45.67 and would escalate the My issue to his supervisor. My concern is that they are threatening to send me to collections for a balance I don't owe. I sent them a check for the balance of $45.67 along with a letter explaining why I was not paying the $147.00. That they need to fix the problem. The letter got ignored and so did both requests to fix the bill. I am frustrated and very upset that this is not getting resolved. I don't understand why? I do not want my credit ruin with this. Please help me- I don't know what else to do.

    Billing from August 2022 was incorrectly sent to exspouse instead of in my name for my child and services were not sent to insurance. I have been calling their billing department every few weeks since trying to get resolution to the services being sent through health insurance, my exspouse being refunded the $100 he paid to avoid collections since the **** was in his name and to have the billing corrected to my name. I have been repeatedly told they are waiting on a response from insurance, but nothing has been sent to insurance when I verify with my medical plan. Every time I inquire about the refund for the exspouse I am told they will send it in ***** days, but that is the line for the last 5 months. I have called them out repeatedly for lying about it being sent to insurance and then they just say "oh sorry, yes, we'll get that sent and it will be at least another ***** days for processing". but weeks later I can still call and get the same story. This company seems to hope people will just give up, pay the balance without it ever going to medical insurance and then get so frustrated with the run around that they let it go. The ****** reviews on this place are awful and it appears many people have the same types of issues with the billing never getting resolution. Unfortunately being required to use this company as part of a contract with the hospital system left no choice, but I have now spent hours trying to get resolution.
