      Owner ********************* is very rude, unhelpful and inappropriate. Doesnt seem she cares about giving her clients any customer service and if you ask too many questionsbeware! I would definitely purchase elsewhere.

      *****, I disagree with your assessment of our interaction. You came in looking for the Black Oiled Big Buckle Arizona sandal. I politely greeted you and showed you where they were located. You asked me several times if the black was the black and I told you each time that yes, that is the black and that is how it is made. I suggested that you try it on. You told me your size and sarcastically said if it wasnt too much trouble. I ignored your sarcasm went in back to get your size. While I was back there, you asked my first name, last name, if am the owner or the manager and who the owner is. I answered your questions in a professional manner, but did tell you that I do not give out my last name. That was the only question of yours that I did not answer. You then said my customer service suXXX, that you will be filing a complaint, and you left. That was the extent of our 2 minute interaction. I also have it on video that unfortunately I am not able to post on here, but was submitted to the Better Business Bureau in response to your initial complaint. You may feel that I was rude and unhelpful and Im fine with that. That is your opinion. I certainly was not inappropriate in any way whatsoever. I was professional in response to your name and owner questions, sarcasm, and verbal abuse. I am fortunate to have the video to back me up. I recommend to all business owners and anyone with concern for their integrity and reputation to mount Nest cameras in areas of public interaction. The cameras are relatively affordable and easy to use. They are not only helpful for security purposes but also for situations such as this. *****
