      I ordered a sauna through this company on August 17. They requested a down payment about a week or so later. Its been over a month and a half and they still have not delivered my product and they have not reached out to deliver my sauna. I have reached out to them to when they will deliver my sauna and they keep saying they will ask but nothing. So a couple days ago I ask if there is any possibility if they can cancel my order? I have her to hear anything and normally they will text/call within the few hours. Im not sure if there is anything that can be done but please let me know. I dont know if they have access to the whole amount of the bill yet but I do know they have gotten the down payment already. We just would really like to cancel our order and be done with all this.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      For complaint #20683374 the company has contacted and they have resolved my concern. Thank you so much for helping me.
