    I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago and it is currently at the mechanic pending numerous repairs from oil leak to transmission leak estimates at $1500 to start if they do inspections like they claim they do several of the repairs should of been addressed when I called about the issues I was told they don't have a crystal ball...this dealer needs to be investigated as I am seeing several others dealing with the same problem

    I bought a vehicle, broke down the 4th or 5th time I drove it. I had to pay to tow it there, they fixed for free. I told them I didnt feel safe in it and asked for money back which they refused, I had barely put any miles on it, she said all she can do was help fix which seemed fair. When I bought it I asked if mechanically it was sound because I needed a reliable vehicle for my work commute, she assured me that everything was great and she stuck a ton of money into it. Its not mechanically sound, hoses leaking to radiator and power steering fluid, she refused to help. Also asked if sunroof leaked, she lied and said no, when it rains or go through a car wash the floors on the backseat get soakedI would not have bought it for sure. Now I was left stranded again, another tow $330, smoke pouring out of the hood and liquid squirting out of the radiator. Initial diagnosis is head gasket. I just hit ***** miles, I shouldnt have to be sticking this much work into a vehicle from a dealer, not only did she not disclose issues..she flat out lied. I paid $7900 to her for a 2009 ***** RX 350 that I was under the impression that it would be reliable, or when issues arose they would cover. She just stood there shaking her head no at me when I was asking for help.
