Refund and Exchange Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled by the client. If 88 Events LLC cancels the engagement, a full refund to the client will be made less any costs occurred and/or services already rendered. Any refundable amounts will be subject to deductions equal to amounts incurred for expenses under the direction or request of the client. The client and 88 Events LLC agree that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing. In the event the client breaches the contract, he or she shall pay 88 Events LLC the amount set forth above as "Wage agreed upon" as liquidated damages, 6% interest thereon, plus reasonable attorney's fee.
In the unfortunate circumstance the event is cancelled or the client simply no longer needs the services, the client agrees to continue payment of contract and may utilize the following options:

Option 1: Client may change the date of their booked event as long as it does not conflict with other (already) booked events. The latest date client may reschedule for is 1 year past the original booked date.

Option 2: Client may use their contracted amount for a different event (wedding, anniversary, birthday, murder mystery, etc.) as long as that event occurs no later than 1 year from the original booked date.

Option 3: Client may sell their contract to another prospective client with 88 Events LLC's prior written consent. Client must notify the buyer of the contract total, and the buyer's event may not occur more than 1 year later than your original contracted date. 88 Events must be notified of the sale and contact information for the buyer.
