Both the product and the service have been outstanding They follow through with customer care. The installers have all been courteous and professional They take time to go over their product and make sure you know how to open and close their windows We live right here in *********. The installers were punctual.

Giving a low score today due to our installation has not been finished and it has been 5 weeks. The crew did a great job installing the windows but failed to bring all the required parts to finish job. Have not had any luck getting responses to my inquiries. Getting very disappointed.

I would like to share my experience working with this company, but it saddens me that I must write this type of a review just days before Christmas. RBA seems to present themselves as a company that cares about their employees and customers, but from what I experienced this was not the case. This company chooses to pay their employees through bonuses to promote a better work ethic with a lower hourly pay wage. I was the second top setter working in the call center in the month of November and moved to a new career on November 28th, with only 3 days left in the month. This week, on the day November bonuses were paid to all employees, I never received my last paycheck. I contacted the call center manager and was told I never hit the standards to qualify for a bonus. This is very strange considering I had set the 2nd most set appointments only 3 days prior to leaving. When I asked for what my final numbers were for the month and the compensation structure that I signed with the bonuses explained, I was ignored for an entire day before I got a response back saying to contact HR. This leads me to believe RBA did not have the right to not pay out my bonus due to the call center manager having anger about my leaving. I understand all business are hurting to find good employees, but you cant withhold their pay when they leave the company. I hope no one else experiences something like this and reads this review before choosing to work for or do business with this company.Had they given me the information I asked for I wouldn't be writing this but since they couldn't provide that documentation, it leads me to believe that they didn't have the right to withhold the money. If i can help anyone from making the same mistake I did with working for this company, this post is worth it. I'm sorry everyone for the negativity and wrong doings right before the holidays. I just don't want anyone else to suffer this Christmas like I will be.
