    I order two hats almost 4 months ago now. I have sent emails, call back info, and I get nothing and I am still waiting for what I have already paid for.

    I placed an order on 12/4/23 . I paid extra for expedited order. I was supposed to receive by 12/08/23.I received an update from **** that a label was created and awaiting product. It is now 12/11/23 and still same update. I have sent messages to Berkley Rose Collection and Kodiak LC cooler with no response. I came to BBB site and saw that others have experienced the same issue as myself. This company is a scam and needs to be investigated.

    Totally jacked up a logo engraving on a tumbler. Agreed to refund money. Then flat out refused. name was ********.

    I placed an order on 01/30/23. I immediately received a confirmation email and within a few hours a USPS shipment from Green Bay WI was pending in my USPS informed delivery app. After seeing no movement on my shipment, I replied to my confirmation email nicely asking for a shipping update on 02/05/23. When I did not receive a response I started researching the company on 02/08/23. I came across the reviews here on BBB. Of course I freaked out thinking I was being scammed. I called the phone number for Berkley shown here and it went straight to voicemail. I call the Kodiak Cooler LLC phone number listed here as well... Another voicemail. I then sent a live message to Kodiak on their website with no response after 4 hours. I decided I would call my credit card company for a refund in a few days if I heard nothing. Surprisingly, this morning, on February 9th, my USPS Informed Delivery app showed my Green Bay WI package was out for delivery. I received the package, opened it expecting the worst and low-and-behold my Berkley Rose Collection order arrived as ordered. Everything I ordered is good quality and looks great.
    My heart goes out to anyone that did not have a good experience with this company. I wanted to post a positive review so people know this is a legit company with good products. Their communication may suck but they came through in the end for me. I gave them 4 stars because of their lack of communication.

    Placed order on June 24th, and have asked for an update on my order twice via email with no answers as of July 16th. I am unable to find a phone number to speak to an actual person. Order has been in ready to ship status for weeks.
