      Had their team come work in my sump pit because I had a horrible smell. The technician came we paid a service fee that nobody told us about, that said we did not care and we paid it. Yesterday, after the frustration of not having the smell go away, I called them back to "close and clean the pit". The technician said he thought it was a problem with my drain tile, and he suggested having it looked up with a camera and not do anything else with the pit, after that he told me I needed to pay $375. I said "you did not do anything" he said I had to pay him anyway. I told him that the lady on the phone told me $350 and that the $50 for the first visit would apply to the visit. He said "if 300 is all you have I will take that, and he took the cash" he did not even give me a receipt. After all of this, I called the company multiple time and left a message, but they did not call back. I would definitely not recommend them, I feel robed and taking advantage of. I had a different company come, they did a FREE estimate with no hidden fees and apologized for the lack of professionalism ASAP had.
