      I purchased Blue Lot parking for the 9/15/24 Packers game for $54.50. The website did not have clear instructions on where to enter, so I used the Armed Forces address. The roads were shut down and the lot was not accessible, so I had to buy parking elsewhere. I walked by the lot booth and spoke to Ivy, who said I would get a refund. Other game day personnel near the lot said this is a known issue and scam, which feels dishonest. The merchant refused a refund even after their employee said I would get a refund. Worse, they do not acknowledge the many inconsistencies in their various websites that does not clearly show where to park. They may use this as a way to oversell parking since they know many will not enter because of the road being closed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      It appears the website has updated and clarified parking language on the page they provided the BBB.  This was not the case when I purchased, nor was anything clearly shown on the venue website.  The evidence provided by the merchant references Accessible parking.  I took a screenshot and highlighted in red what they are referring to.  This blurb is misleading and unclear, leading the purchaser to believe all of that applies to anyone purchasing accessible parking.  If the directions were that important, why put it under Accessible parking?  This is another exhibit to show the willful misleading by this organization to take advantage of consumers by selling a parking pass they know will not be used because the road is inaccessible. 

      One of the staff members said I would be given a refund, and I am confused as to why the person responding is now claiming there are no refunds.  Again, I would like a refund as I was told I would receive one from Ivy.  Game day personnel told us the Blue lot is a known scam and it is disappointing a local company is ripping people off.]
