      The fiber optics were sleeved through flexible conduit. They used pvc couplings on flexible conduit between the box outside and our board on the inside. Originally they put the box on the ledger board where our deck was too be mounted. They moved it down but did not repair the previous hole. They just tape over it. I called to let them know that communications wire, including fiber optics, is included under the ***************** Code. The way they ran it is in violation of that code. They told me it's not covered because it's not electrical. I would like them to run it correctly and fix the hole they taped over. Thanks for your time. It was either last summer this happened, or the summer of 2020. There was no option for over a year, but I think it might have been the summer of 21.

      On June 8, 2022 a Baldwin LightStream technician, ****************************************, made a home visit to address the concerns stated in the BBB Complaint #********. During the visit the customer identified couplers and a location on the back of the home that they wanted addressed. ***** replaced the couplers on the flexible conduit and filled the hole on the back on the home.Customers was pleased and signed a statement of work.
