    I had riley paving repalce my driveway OCT 2019, May 2020 issues started to show, even light items like a grill legs were sinking into the asphalt, there are also large :duck ponds" areas where the asphalt sank, "settled" where water sits all the time, this is what wrecks ashpalt. I text and text and text he always says the same thing,,,,says when we are in the area we will look at it or fix it..Well it's been years and still it's not resolved. I have texted his for years and he still will not fix it. I have all the text messages between us. I am asking for a refund. If it gets "fixed" now it will not match and look bad because of the age.

    The customer called and said there was a problem with the driveway within the first year with the warranty still in effect I told him Id be out when I was in the area close with some asphalt to fix the problem but didnt know when excactly. A few times he called and I always answered or called back and told him when I was close with the material I would fix it no problem. But like I said every time we spoke I dont know when that will be and being its past the warranty ill still address the issue.  Its not the whole driveway its 2-3 spots from what Im told. *** told him thats a common thing any driveway or parking lot can have a low area. Its not to late to fix it as was said by him. *** never ignored his calls *** always answered and told him the same thing Ill be out to fix it when Im close with hot material to address it correctly Im not gonna lie and set up a date thatll I know I cant make. Ill still address the issue and do what needs done to correct the issue. Im not in his area a lot but will honor the warranty I take my name and business seriously.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    [Please type your response here.] It's been years, I don't care what the excuses are it's been far to long. Now he's acting like,  oh it's past warranty but hey I'm a nice guy I will still fix it...all the while forgetting he was told long before the end of the short term warranty in the first place. Now maybe sometime in the next 5 years he is going to patch it? It will look horrible, it will not match as any person will know to much time has passed it will be very noticeable.  I paid for a new driveway because the old one looked bad now this one if it is ever so called repaired will also look bad. I

    We keep repeating the same argument over and over. The issue will be resolved and I know how to fix it and will be fixed the right way I cant give an exact date because again I have to be in the area with hot asphalt while Im paving another job. The customer doesnt live in a area that is close to where I get the material. Its at least an hour one way so if i just get what I need to fix his driveway the amount I need would be cold and un workable. But Everyone is a professional and knows more than i do being in the buisness I will get to it when I am close enough to fix with hot asphalt  and it will be *********** not just threw on top as he must think   I want this done and fixed as the customer does     My intentions are true and will be done  if thats not accepted I cant do anything else to help   The situation

    Riley and I have resolved the issues with my driveway. He has always stayed in contact and was friendly the entire time.
