Brought in a 2017 WRX CVT to get the front dif/ trans and rear dif fluid changed. Tech did change the front dif / trans fluid, but failed to mention in the notes that the rear fluid looked ok. And the only reason I found that out is because when we asked about it, the owner in the back rudely interrupted me while we were asking the desk clerk as to what they meant by "rear dif topped off". He yelled from the back "NO NO it didn't need to be changed". Regardless, as the customer I wanted it changed which is what I stated I made the appointment. I have had the car for 40k miles and wanted the rear fluid changed, regardless of how it looked or what the tech wanted. The least they could do is call the customer to verify if they should proceed or not, when stating this to the owner he said, "well we have had 30 cars go through the shop today." The tech also "topped off" my coolant which was not asked for and ended up overfilling it. I was also charged for this and they used generic coolant, which is now mixed with name brand ****** coolant I had put in my car because I had done a coolant flush ****** miles prior to this. I also tried to discuss this with the owner, which his response was, "well if you think it is overfilled then you can bring it in and we can drain some of it". The entire conversation was frustrating as I could not even speak a complete sentence while talking to the owner because he kept talking over me. I did not want anything in return or a refund, I simply wanted the issues acknowledge which did not happen. This could have been avoided if they simply had called me when having my car up on the stands, instead of making decisions themselves about MY car. Very rude staff all around and even when dropping the car off because their parking lot was being worked on.

We are a retired couple that was traveling around WI and are car broke down in WI Dells. AAA sent Craig’s Towing. AAA suggested we take it to a dealer that could not work on our car for about a week (At Best). Sullivan’s knew we were from out of town and had it fixed in one day. GREAT SERVICE, Nice people. Thank You Again,, ***** ****

Just picked up my BMW from Sullivans after paying $2,069.36 for them to replace the Oil cooler, Oil filter Housing and do a flush of my radiator fluid. When i brought the car in i was specific about the hood cable was stretched so to be careful opening the hood. They ended up breaking the hood latch handle and bracket. The inside of my car seat and elbow rest had oil all over it and they scratched my hood and cracked my front bumper kidney grill cover. After speaking to Dave ****** the new owner, he said it may have happened at the car wash when they took it there and to talk to the car wash owner. He then said to get an estimate. I have been using Sullivans since 2005 when ***** owned it and have spent Thousands on my cars. The way Dave ****** handled this was very unprofessional and I will no longer be bringing my cars there for service. You should also be aware that Sullivans marks their auto parts up by 50%! They gave me the old box with the replaced oil filter housing in it and oil cooler with the parts number on the box. I looked up the part on FCP Euro where they ordered the parts and Im posting pictures of those parts and cost. Id also like to add that the only problem with my oil filter housing was a bad gasket but they wanted to replace it and mark the parts up and charge for labor to make a profit. Talk about a predatory business. I did a leak test on the oil filter housing and there were no cracks in it except for a bad gasket…Picture shown. I could have done all this work for around $150 for both gaskets for the oil filter housing and oil cooler and anti freeze and they charged me $2,069.36! After speaking with Dave ******* about the broken hood release handle and bracket he said they could fix it for $720.00....after they broke it! Avoid this place at all costs or you will pay, literally!

This Customer was here and ********** Two did repair his oil cooler leak. We did flush his cooling system multiple times to get the oil out and did recommend he watch it for a while as he may need another flush. We did clean the engine compartment and take his car to the car wash as there was a lot of work and oil cleanup done. We have never taken a car to the car wash before for any customer since I took over more a year ago as there has not been a mess like this one. The hood latch was noted to have trouble before arrival and it did break in the shop. We estimated a repair to properly fix it. This customer approved the original estimate for $2200 for this oil cooler repair. The repair came in less than the estimate even though the cleanup and flush took longer than expected. Was not charged for a car wash run either. This is a 15 plus year old car and bringing it to any shop and expecting to get back a new car is unreasonable. Customer stated he just had the hood painted. With an estimate we can call the car wash and see what can be done. Without a estimate and a copy of the paint receipt no car wash is going to even talk to us about fixing his 2006 *** hood. No mention of any type of oil in this car when it was picked up. I understand the frustration in needing a car repair. ********** Two is not perfect, but we do stand behind our work! We do stand behind our parts as well. If this customer comes through with some paperwork and is willing to work together we can look further into the car wash for any repair they might do for him. If this customer want's us to repair the cables and hood release lever we are going to fix it our way and that is properly at the cost of the given estimate. If **** is too frustrated with ********** Two I recommend the *** dealership in ******* for the repair, but ********** Two is not responsible for this malfunctioning hood release system that did happen to break in our care. Any customer has the right to price check any of our services at any time. ********** Two estimates are given in advance of any work preformed.
