I apologize that you feel displeased with the services you received. When you approached the instructor about your nail polish, the student offered to fix your polish and you chose to have it removed. We strive to teach our students how to handle customer relations. This is an educational facility where students are learning and practicing their craft to the best of their individual abilities.

I have taken out $8000 in student loans to attend this academy of beauty. The school has been unable to keep an instructor for my esthetician class since January 2022, they also have committed time theft by stealing hours from students by not allowing us to keep hours if we clock out before 4:30pm all of our hours are brought down to 12:00pm so we lose 4hrs no matter what. I have not received the education I paid for or was promised and am extremely unhappy as are other students. It is illegal to have us performing services on clients unsupervised yet that is what is continuing to happen. They also refuse to accept notes of release from licensed medical doctors in order to accrue more charges for "missing hours" and take more money from the students that have already paid for this education.

I am sorry it has taken so long for me to respond. I was out due to having a stroke in June.

In response to ******************* complaint, we follow our attendance policy in the Student Catalog that students are made aware of upon enrollment.

All client services are supervised by the clinic floor instructor.

We do except medical leave of absences as outlined in our Student catalog.

Let me know if you need the catalog,

    Thank you
