    Siding, some windows, chimney removal and replaced with steel roofing completed 12/2021. He seemed to have great follow through during planning and work being done. Once he received his final payment he had zero follow through. I texted within a week of completion to tell him a light fixture was leaning away from wall and not working, he responded hed be out within a week to fix, after texting and waiting a few months I decided to attempt to fix it myself. Fixture was detaching and hot wires were loose in wall from it not being attached properly, I fixed this myself. A couple months later 2 rows of siding completely fell offtexted again to which he said hed come out within a week to repairnever came or responded to follow up texts, did my best to fix this as well. Its been 1.5 yrs of me fixing what I could, but have recently got a quote to fix JUST some of the issues. There are many, but after spending around $15000 on just labor its a hard pill to swallow. Company giving repair estimate told me in no uncertain terms things were not done properly originally. Hinted that I will likely need to replace all siding in not too distant future. So now I will be spending $1000 + in labor to fix just a few issues out of many. He seemed very nice and straightforward before and during job. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless your aim is to feel swindled and waste so much of your hard earned money and then spend so many hours trying to fix issues yourself (as I have).
